In January of 2008, the Hellenic Meeting and Reception Centre underwent an extensive renovation to transform it into the beautiful special event venue it has become: an elegant and modern meeting and reception centre that's perfect for any type of corporate event, wedding reception, or conference and tradeshow. Our facilities are ideal for cocktail receptions, special dinners, galas, testing and exam centres, convention facilities, and much more.

The Hellenic Meeting and Reception Centre has been specifically designed to allow you to customize it to fit anything you can dream of. Its smooth clean lines create a tasteful blank palette for you to design the ultimate event experience for you and your guests.

Beautiful European crystal chandeliers light our halls and our foyer. And while those chandeliers keep our foyer lit at night, during the day it is filled with a showering of natural light from our large, glass windows.

Along with the other beautiful building enhancements, our ambitious renovation saw the installation of a state-of-the-art BOSE sound system that can provide the highest quality of music and sounds for your special event. Professional bands and musicians have all the space they need from our full size stage, and you and your guests can enjoy the beautiful hardwood ballroom dance floor, which can be customized in shape and size to suit the personality of your celebration.
