Where are you located?

The Hellenic Meeting and Reception Centre is located at 1315 Prince of Wales Drive in Ottawa Ontario, K2C 1N2. Visit our Contact Us page for emails, phone numbers, and a map.

What is the capacity of the Hellenic Meeting and Reception Centre?

We can host events with as few as 20 people, or as many as 900 (in theatre-style seating). Our maximum capacity can also be increased with the use of a professional marquee.

What is the room rental charge?

The hall charge is dependent on the specifics of the event you are having. If you purchase one of our wedding packages or corporate packages, and you have the required minimum number of guests, your room rental is included in your package price. For a room only rate, Contact Us for a custom quote.

Do you offer catering?

Yes! We have outstanding kitchen facilities on-site and we offer full catering and gourmet food services.

Are you handicapped accessible?

Yes. We are completely handicapped accessible.

Can you host both a wedding reception and a wedding ceremony?

Are you licensed for alcohol use?

Yes. We have a fully licensed bar available upon request as part of our dining experience and our catering options.

Do you provide room décor for your special events?

Yes, many of our packages include room décor. You can customize the look and feel of our facilities with the help our special event planning team.
